🎵 Welcome to North Mesa Music! 🎵

At North Mesa Elementary, music is for everyone! From our youngest kindergarten singers learning steady beat and musical opposites, to our 5th graders rocking out on guitars, drum sets, and full band performances — there’s something for every student to explore.

In our music room, we shake maracas, tap rhythms on drums, strum guitars, and even take on real-life instruments like recorders, brass, woodwinds, and all types of guitars. Each grade builds new skills, creativity, and confidence through hands-on music-making.

This is my 5th year at North Mesa, and I’m so proud of how our students grow as musicians and performers each year. Whether we’re singing in choir, playing games, or putting on a rock show, the goal is always the same — to make music, have fun, and share it with our amazing school community!
